Matt Delia-Lobo invites us into Royal Oak for a conversation about the art and science of making the perfect cup of coffee. Our speaker has over ten years of experience in coffee-making. In 2019, Matt and his partner (both in life and in coffee) Aless moved to Vermont and opened Royal Oak café. We will talk about coffee, how an espresso differs from a drip, and how to make your beans count!
