PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)
The Milton Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following applications at their meeting on February 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton or via Zoom:

Sterling Homes Properties, LLC, applicant, is requesting Preliminary Plan Approval and Waiver for a 25-lot Major Conventional Subdivision located at Lot 3 of the Brault subdivision on Bombardier Rd, described as 207057.003000, SPAN 396-123-15154. Proposal includes the construction of new road, 16 single family dwellings and 8 duplexes, with connection to municipal water and sewer. The subject property is owned by Brault Revocable Trust, is recorded as having 5.99 acres, and is located within the Checkerberry Residential (M4-R) zoning district, and the Town Core Planning Area.
