HVS Convention, Sports & Entertainment Facilities Consulting ("HVS") and Williams Architects are delighted to present this proposal, offering their expertise to conduct a comprehensive Market Feasibility Study for a multipurpose recreation venue in Milton, Vermont.
The purpose of this study is to produce an independent, 3rd party assessment of the performance of the complex and provide a feasibility analysis. This study will look to determine the appropriate type and size of facility to meet any identified gaps in current venue offerings in the region. Phase 1 analysis will include market research, demand assessment, building program recommendations that will identify the appropriately sized ice venue for Milton, and a financial analysis of the complex operations. Phase 2 analysis will include a site analysis, a venue concept, construction costs, and a masterplan/layout for the development within Bombardier Park. Phase 3 will include operational/management considerations, financing strategies, and an impact assessment.
