PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)
The Milton Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following applications at their meeting on February 8, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton or via Zoom:
Trillium Family Trust LLC c/o Ernie Pomerleau, applicant/applicant, is requesting Final Plan Approval for a 2-lot Minor Conventional Subdivision located at Haydenberry Drive and Route 7 South described as 227008.000000, SPAN 396-123-12466. This parcel was previously approved for this subdivision, major site plan, conditional use, and variance, but the subdivision has expired. The subject property is recorded as having 3 acres and is located within the Downtown Business (DB1) zoning district, and the Town Core Planning Area.

Participation in the local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal. To determine if you may qualify as an interested person, please contact the number below.
