Back by popular demand! Age Well is sponsoring a FREE singing class for people with dementia and their caregivers. Music can help sustain cognition and improve the quality of life for people with dementia. It can be an opportunity for individuals to connect and share a positive, enjoyable experience with their caregivers. Classes will be held on Fridays from January 5th through February 23rd from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the O'Brien Community Center, 32 Malletts Bay Avenue in Winooski. No music experience is required.
