The Waitsfield Children's Center (WCC) is hiring! We are seeking fun-loving, energetic and motivated individuals to join our team. Nestled between a working farm and forests, we are active explorers who love to spend time learning and playing outside. We serve infants through preschool aged children on a year-round basis. In a small home-like environment, WCC offers personalized care to our youngest population. We achieve this by operating as a small center caring for 18 children daily within three classrooms.
We are currently looking to fill the following positions.

Toddler Teacher Assistant-
As a Teacher Assistant, you should enjoy working in a team setting, singing songs, organizing art projects and fun activities. Additionally, an interest in implementing an outdoor curriculum into the daily rhythm of the classroom is desired. Our toddler room follows a 1:3 teacher to child ratio and is for children ages one to two years old.

Substitute Teachers-
As a Substitute, you help with classroom activities, sing songs, play outside, go on nature walks as well as provide a fun learning environment at WCC. We are actively looking for Substitute Teachers to cover summer vacations for our teachers.
