With over 8 years of experience, including within a physical therapy practice, I specialize in therapeutic sports massage and love making lasting change for my clients in terms of reducing pain and increasing movement capabilities -- but I find my work especially gratifying when my clients return to activities long forgotten due to something they thought was "just part of the aging process" or something they "just had to learn to live with."

After just a few sessions, some of my clients are back to skiing, running, hiking, and sleeping through the night pain-free - when only a few weeks before their first visit, they had been resigned to a fate of living with pain and unable to do the things they love.
