The First Family is looking for a cozy home that offers at least 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and ideally, comes with more than an acre of land in a private setting. Their budget is up to $350,000. They're enchanted by the natural beauty, sense of community, and the peaceful lifestyle of Huntington, Starksboro, Monkton, and Bristol. They're excited about the idea of making one of these places their forever home.

The Second Family is in search of a slightly larger space to call their own, with a wish list that includes at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living space of over 1600 square feet. They have a budget of up to $500,000. They're drawn to the charm, tranquility, and strong community spirit of Jericho, Richmond, Underhill, Bolton, and Huntington. They currently have a son attending school in the Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District and would like to remain in this district.

Both families are looking for more than just a house; they're searching for a community where they can put down roots, make lifelong memories, and contribute to the vibrant life we all cherish.
