Pasture Raised Pig available Fall 2024
A custom cut, half pig deposit $200 ea or a whole pig deposit $400 ea
Price: $4 per lb hanging weight, and butcher processing fee: $1.15 - $1.35 per lb*
Smoking/Curing cost: $2.60 per lb*

Pasture Raised Lamb available October 2024
A custom cut whole lamb deposit is $175 ea
Price: $6.00 per lb hanging weight, and butcher processing fees $175.00*

Pasture Raised Whole Roaster Chicken
Pick up fresh (processing dates tba) or frozen (p/u anytime) chicken
A deposit for a Whole Roaster Chicken is $10 ea
Pre-order before April 1, 2024 @ $4.00 lb
Chickens ordered after April 1, 2024 @ $4.25 lb

Limited - Pasture Raised Turkey available November 2024
Fresh and Frozen will be available
A pasture raised turkey deposit is $25 ea
Preorder before April 1, 2024 @ $4.00 lb
Turkeys ordered after April 1, 2024 @ $4.50 lb

Pasture Raised Beef available Fall 2024
A custom cut, quarter beef deposit is $250 ea, a half beef deposit is $500 ea, & a whole beef deposit is $1000 each
Price: $5.50 per lb hanging weight.

Pasture Raised Whole Frozen Rabbit
A deposit on a whole frozen rabbit is $10 ea
Price: $7.50 lb
The rabbits weigh between 2-1/2 - 3-1/2 lb

* Processors costs are variable based on what each processor charges, and may change.
