Howdy neighbors,

There is still time to sign up for our chicken CSA and goose pre-buy! Our sign up deadline is May 1st. Birds will be available for pick-up in late June and July. You have the option to pick them up all at once, or in smaller quantities to suit your freezer space. Geese will be ready for your holiday gatherings. In other exciting news, we will be offering fresh raw milk in the farm stand starting Friday April 29th. The milk is organic and grass fed, from Donegan Family Farm in Charlotte. It will be available in the farm stand Friday afternoon through Monday. Going forward into the warmer months we will be stocking more products such as :
-cheese
-yogurt
-veggies
-seasonal fruit
-eggs (chicken and duck eggs)
-chicken
-beef
-duck
-ice cream
-maple syrup
-honey
-fermented & preserved foods
-flowers

We will also be hosting Parents & Kids Farm Days with New Moon PT. Come visit the animals with the kids, play in the sand box, swing, and enjoy new community and support. Hey there,

The ducks are finally starting to lay some eggs! You can find them in the farm stand alongside the chicken eggs. We are also still accepting a few more sign-ups for our pasture raised chicken CSA. You can sign-up for a 5, 10, or 30 bird share and get your fresh chickens in June or July.
