- Overview of Ayurvedic strategies for holistic health
- Ayurvedic-inspired vegetarian lunch
- Guided reflection & empowerment using the P.E.A.C.E. approach
- Guided Ayurvedic body oiling & self-massage of legs, arms, & neck
Retreat is limited to 12 participants. | No experience or prior knowledge is necessary. | Open to humans identifying as women, regardless of reproductive organs or sex assigned at birth.
