Collaborative Solutions Corporation, also known as "Second Spring" provides two licensed, residential treatment facilities dedicated to partnering with residents to develop and implement personal recovery plans that will help them become independent, contributing members of their communities.

As Level III Care Homes, Second Spring offers nursing and psychiatric services, as well as clinical, vocational and case management services both on-site and in the community.
