Wildfire Yoga & Fitness, LLC

As a physical educator, Yoga teacher, and coach, I am able to help the people with whom I work to achieve or maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. My portable Yoga studio provides the opportunity to practice in your own space or on-line. Other services include: instruction and coaching for cross-country skiing, strength training, trail running, snowshoeing, and swimming. I am also available to work with others to plan their next outdoor adventure.
