Come to our beautiful yoga space, Jai Studios in Brownsville, VT, and take your first class with us for free!
Whether you have never been to our studio, and even if you have just been away for a long time, we would love to have you join us!
Classes are held on:
**Sundays from 9-10 AM
and
**Thursdays from 6-7 PM--extra special class with live music by Josh Hall
Classes are run both online AND in-person, as you prefer!
These classes are for all people, in all shapes, sizes, and abilities! Angie teaches in a slow-flow style with lots of alternatives and options, as well as with safe strength building exercises for core and upper body. Yoga will help you gain strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and relaxation. It is truly a wholistic practice.
