I will be offering a beginners yoga class on Wednesday nights from 5:00-6:15 at the Sandgate Town Hall. The classes will run for 6 weeks from Wednesday 6/22 until Wednesday 7/27. The cost is $10 a class. If you are a cancer survivor the class is free of charge. Please bring a mat and any props (blocks, belt / strap, blankets) to help with adjustments.
