On Tues., April 7th, 6:30 p.m. at the Elmore Town Hall, Rob Roper, president of the Ethan Allen Institute, will give a detailed presentation as to how expanding Vermont's tradition of school choice can lower education costs and fix the property tax mess, while improving student outcomes and opportunities.
