Join historians, merchants, librarians, students and other Ludlow residents on Friday December 12th for Friday Festivities. It is a wish for people to come and celebrate Christmas on Friday in the community. The Fletcher Memorial Library will be wrapping up its annual Silent Auction with an open house and cookie swap from 4 p.m. –
6 p.m. Ludlow Elementary students will offer up some holiday cheer with their reading of “Night Before Christmas” and the singing of a holiday song at the library open house. The Black River Academy Museum will be providing some holiday entertainment with its 10th annual Christmas Program, which this year features music and a light one act entitled the “Funeral Tea”; the program starts at 6.30 p.m. Local merchants will be open late so that you can shop before and after the events at BRAM and the Fletcher Memorial Library. Blue Sky Trading, Next Chapter, The Book Nook will be open until 8 p.m. Wine & Cheese Depot will be open until 9 p.m. And The Boot Pro will be open until 11p.m. We hope you make an evening of it celebrating Christmas in Ludlow on Friday December 12th.
