There will be a health care navigator on hand before the Wards 4 /7 NPA meeting on Wednesday. Plan to attend for free, local, personal help which will be available to help you avoid unnecessary confusion, errors and delays. In addition to enrollment assistance, Navigators can provide: advocacy support; education related to eligibility, rights and responsibilities; help finding the right plan, and understanding plan benefits and costs; help finding health providers and where to get care; information about health care related tax changes; and eligibility for other services. The Health Care Navigators are helping people to understand the program and make good choices.

You do not have to attend the NPA meeting which will start at 7:00 if you do not want to, but we do hope you will join us!
