Hi, neighbors! I have lived in my place at 247A North Avenue for 16.5 years, and now the new owner is renovating and I have to move out. I have many things to part with, including an old Mork and Minday lunchbox, many 60s-70s Fisher-Price toys, MANY clown paraphernalia, some men's clothing (16 neck/33 sleeve, 34x32 pants perhaps), and random other things, including an old stereo cabinet that needs some work.

Everything is priced to go, and I'm having an INDOOR APARTMENT SALE TOMORROW, 9/13, FROM 10 AM to 3 PM, follow the signs, and up the stairs on the left. Hope to see you there!
