We are hosting a community health fair on Saturday, April 8th, from 3-5 pm. Free and open to all! Some of the people and resources you will find at the fair:

Paula Chadwick, psychotherapist, available to answer questions about mindfulness, finding a therapist, and navigating insurance

A smoothie bike- make your own smoothie!
A place to sit and have a cup of tea with a friend
An area for children to play
A coloring table, where all ages are invited to explore the relaxation of coloring
Relaxing foot soak and gentle foot massage with Mariel Hess
A free raffle for all attendees, including a gift certificate to Whetstone Wellness
We will have an information board and resource table as well. If you are offering any upcoming classes or health-related events in the area that you'd like us to advertise, or if you offer ongoing health-related services, please send along a flyer or drop materials off at the library.
