In music, adagio means to play at a slow tempo. Today's world often expects us to be engaged in non-stop activities, leaving us feeling stressed, empty, and out of sorts. Rev. Chatfield will explore spiritual teachings that encourage us to grow slowly, taking cues from the natural world. We'll consider strategies to find relief, releasing running for resting and replacing pressure with meaning. Music provided by All Souls Music Director, Ronnie Romano.
