Intro: Families that play together, stay together – come play as a family in our gently guided class to get families moving together!
Description: Parents and/or grandparents with children are invited to come and move together! Explore yoga, dance and creative movement while interacting as a family with other families. Be surprised at all the wonderful and creative ways your child can move, and find new, positive ways to play together.
Notes: Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and come ready to move! Parents or guardians must attend class with the child participant. Pre-registration is encouraged.
