Living A Sustainable Lifestyle returns on July 11th for (Iced) Tea & Talks
Tea & Talks will be back on Sunday, July 11, at 4 pm.
Join us for an informal ZOOM discussion on what each of us can be doing to reverse climate change.
Bring your laptop outside and enjoy the summer breeze as we contemplate ways to reduce emissions. Have questions? Strategies? We're always seeking ideas and look forward to hearing yours.
For discussion: the challenges of cleaning our soil, air, water; eating better, getting plastic out of our lives, growing vegetables, buying local, starting a compost, and working towards zero waste. As inspiration, we'll be studying the solutions in the landmark book, Drawdown (https://www.drawdown.org/solutions/table-of-solutions). Join us!
Monthly Facilitators: Liane Avery, Hank Ruppertsberger, Diane Foulds, and Cindy Heath, with support from the Plainfield & Cornish Energy Committees and the Plainfield & Cornish Conservation Commissions.
