Dec 12, 2019, 8 to 10 AM

The Counseling Service of Addison County, United Way of Addison County and Addison County Economic Development Corporation are hosting a community breakfast and discussion featuring Dr. Art Woolf's perspective on the impact of Vermont's aging population. Low birth rates and a shrinking workforce are affecting schools, businesses, service providers and the tax base, thereby impacting Vermont's economic and social structures. A former state economist and UVM Professor Emeritus of economics, Dr. Woolf will explore these implications for Addison County and our state. This free, public event will be held on December 12 from 8-10 AM at 109 Catamount Park, Middlebury. Breakfast treats, coffee and tea will be served. Please RSVP to Jenn Staats, Executive Coordinator at CSAC, at 802-388-0302, extension 442.
