- Highway Department budget presentation. Action unlikely.
- Preliminary discussion of wages and potential office costs for FY24 along with anticipated capital funding. Action unlikely.
- Considering a request from the Middlesex Bandstand Committee that the Select Board include a line item in the FY24 Town budget allocating $1,500 for the Middlesex Bandstand. Bandstand Committee members to attend. And if this isn't possible, to ask voters to approve a Special Article for the same amount on the March 2023 Town Meeting Warning. Action possible

6:00 Highway Report: update on highway issues. Action possible

6:15 Deciding whether to hold the March 2023 Annual Town Meeting in person at Rumney School or by Australian ballot if the Legislature permits that option. Action possible.

6:30 Considering a request from the WCUUSD to mail every active/registered voter in Middlesex a March 2023 WCUUSD ballot. WCUUSD Board Member Chris McVeigh to attend. Action likely.

6:50 Treasurer's Report – update on Town financial matters. Action possible.
