Upstairs at Holley Hall

I. Call to Order: 6:00 PM
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. 312(d)(3)(A).

II. PUBLIC FORUM: Vermont Gas Systems, Inc., in Bristol.

The Bristol Selectboard is considering a memorandum of understanding between the Town and Vermont Gas Systems, Inc. (VGS) regarding VGS’s proposed construction of a gas distribution facility in Bristol. Representatives from Vermont Gas Systems, Inc. will include Tom Murray, Vice President of Customers and Communities, Tim Vachereau, Manager of Construction, and Karen Kotecki, Manager of Right of Way will be present to provide details of the proposal and answer questions.

III. Adjourn.

The meeting will be held upstairs at Holley Hall. A copy of the proposed Agreement is available on Bristol’s Web site at www.bristolvt.org.
