A Special Selectboard meeting will be held via GoToMeeting at 6PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. The purpose of this meeting is for the continuance and completion of the Conflict of Interest hearing of Peter Duval.

The hearing will be more tightly structured than the initial hearing that was part of the Regular Selectboard Meeting on September 21, 2020. The entire meeting is scheduled to last 90 minutes. After the public comment period a brief explanation of the process will be given and the hearing will follow. The intent of the structure is to allow enough time for both parties and to encourage concise questioning.
