What is Dog Camp?
- Inspired by your dog's love of the outdoors, Dog Camp is an off-leash experience that encourages dogs to walk and play in rhythm. The result? Dogs that are balanced, confident, and relaxed.
How many dogs do I walk and how long do walks last?
- I take 4-8 dog-friendly, well-trained, and fully-vaccinated dogs out for 2-3 hours at a time. I currently have openings Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Where do we walk?
- We walk on 40+ acres of private land with wide open fields, dense woods, winding streams, and a swimming pond.
To be considered, future campers should meet the following criteria:
- Off-leash trained
- Comes reliably when called
- Enjoys socializing with all types of dogs
- Enjoys riding in the car in close proximity to other dogs
- Loves Vermont weather (we go out rain, snow or shine!)
- Over 2 years old
- Fixed, vaccinated, and on an effective flea/tick preventative
- Residents of Montpelier
- Available for a weekly commitment
