Reset Your Password

Only use this process if you do not know your password. If you know your password and would like to change it, please log in and go to your Account page.

  1. Enter your email address (the one you log in with) and hit the Get Started button.
  2. Check your email. We're sending you a link to reset your password.
  3. Click on the link (or copy it into your web browser).
  4. Check your email again. We're sending you your new password.
  5. Log in to your Account page, and change your password to something that's more memorable.
